Our centre location ensures everything in the town is a few steps away. Low cost street parking (€2 for 24hrs) and a disabled space is outside the door. Perfect for fishermen, the river Moy & Ridge Pool are 2 minutes walk. Everything in the house is new & the property is of a very high standard. There are 2 double beds on the upper floor and a very comfortable Sofa Bed. Suitable for 4 adults (2 x double beds) and 2 children (Sofa Bed). If you need help during your stay, we’re only minutes away.

Note - Bath & Hand Towels, Crisp Fresh Bed Linen, Bath Robe, Slippers, Shampoo, Conditioner & Shower Gel are all supplied.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults + Two children (Sofa Bed) + babies. Heating is by electric night storage included in the rental price. There is also a Glass Front flame effect electric fire.

Electricity is by coin meter which takes €1 & €2 coins, (set below unit price) Average cost per day €1 - €2 depending on occupancy.

You have full sole use of all of the property which is literally a home from home, all you need is your clothes and personal belongings.

Bikers and Cyclists.... should you need a workshop to repair or adjust your cycles or motorcycles, we can offer you free access to an equipped workshop 4 km away. You can also store your cycles/motorcycles under cover in a secure lock up overnight here if you wish.

Some hosts offer a cheap rental rate to make their listing appear better value, but then add a hidden cleaning fee to increase their income.

PARKING:- Street parking is available across the road @ €2 for 24hrs, and there is a disabled parking space for EU blue card holders directly outside the door. All parking is free anywhere with a disabled permit. There is also a car park less than 5 minutes walk away.....€1 for 24hrs. Parking is FREE everywhere between the hours of 6pm to 9am and all day Sunday.

ELECTRICITY:- Eectricity is metered. The meter takes €1 & €2 coins. A €3 credit is applied on check in. The meter is set below the cost per unit and uses averagely €1 - €2 per day depending on guest usage.

DOCTOR:- There is a 24hr emergency doctor service (Westdoc) in the town available to all visitors.

BREAKFAST :- If you don’t want to cook, ‘The Post House’ cafe is directly across the road. There are many other excellent cafes, coffee houses and restaurants within a 2 minute walk serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ballina is situated on the river 'Moy', and is one of the greatest salmon fisheries in Europe and is home to the famous 'Ridge Pool'. Ballina is also situated along the 'Wild Atlantic Way' which at 2,500 kilometres is the Worlds longest coastal roadway. The coastal town of Enniscrone is only 6 miles away, it's 3 miles of golden sand beach must be visited. There are two excellent championship links golf courses, one in Ballina town and the other in Enniscrone, Enniscrone Golf Club was awarded the IGTOA Irish Course of the year.

My wife Sandra and I have lived in Ballina for over 35 years but we are not originally from the area. We are are well known in the town and have a very good knowledge of Ballina and the surrounding area. We run successful businesses in and outside the town and we like to think that we are very conscientious, honest and straightforward people. We are here to make your stay as relaxing as possible and to ensure that your accommodation is of a higher standard than we would expect ourselves.
