Bayside Marketplace is a festival marketplace in Downtown Miami, Florida. It is located between the Bayfront Park to the south end, and the American Airlines Arena to the north. As Bayside's name suggests, it wraps along the banks of the Biscayne Bay. The entertainment complex opened in 1987, during a major real estate boom in Miami. Instead of being planned to revitalize a specific area as its sister properties had, Bayside complements an existing marina. The shopping center was frequently featured on the crime drama TV series, Miami Vice.

Overlooking the dunes and ocean, the Biscayne Nature Center is a beautiful facility on the north end of Crandon Park on Key Biscayne. In this pristine setting, our multifunctional Center serves our visitors with a reception area, exhibit space, gift shop, an audio visual presentation room and demonstration lab classroom facilities.
And right outside our doors, we are fortunate to have Mother Nature's spectacular classroom, which we proudly care for and share with our visitors.
The Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit Florida corporation whose interest is in the conservation of our local irreplaceable natural resources.

The center is well-recognized by local residents as the prominent grocery-anchored center in the area. its a block from my place.

Sentir Cubano is an awesome store in Miami that features all sorts of Cuban items from money to shirts making fun of Castro to even jewelry. The staff is super friendly and they have just about anything you are looking for even books on Cuba and if they don't have it i am sure they will look for it. Small store jammed packed with items so getting around the store can be little difficult but worth a visit.
