This area is filled with nightclubs and bars. A mix of hipsters and tourists. Take the number 40 bus towards Tel Aviv (20 min. ride) and drop off at Allenby station. This bus operates until midnight at weekdays. On Thu+Sat nights, take night line 466 from allenby.

Great coffee! and service 10 min from the flat, you must have there Shakshuka during weekends morning hours. During the night they have cool local bands that are worth to check out.
