34 minutes, 35 miles. "Down Under" refers not only to the on-site cave that can be toured but also the collection of animals, many from Australia. You can pet kangaroos or go into an aviary with dozens of bright colored birds.

While it is outside of Louisville it’s a local favorite where you can pet and cuddle kangaroos and emus, hand feed birds, see a menagerie of other notable animals, and take a tour of their on-site cave.

This is a great place for kids and only about a 40 minute drive from our location.
