More than a bar, this Arcata Icon is a bar and grill with live music in the evenings. Famous for their breakfasts (served all day on Sunday) and an extensive bloody mary menu to boot. Note: kids allowed for meals if seated at tables not at the bar.

Perfect dive bar located on the plaza. Great for the morning after when you really need a bloody mary and some good grub.

The bars on the plaza can have fun dance floors on the weekends, with good young mostly hip-hop DJs. It's hit or miss, but bar hopping there is a classic Humboldt State University pastime.

There are really two Alibi's, but they are connected through a pass way inside. One is the old classic bar, dark with a jukebox, and the other is new and more upscale feeling. But either one has great drinks, and, the next morning, serve a great breakfast!
