The international passenger pier. The building is a kind of distinctive shape and it has different face of the view during day and night. There are cafe and restaurant.

One of the best places to view the Yokohama Skyline, FOR FREE!!! It looks like a normal park with all the greenery but underneath it is actually a pier!
