This part of the state is Apple Country, and this business has been around for decades. At certain times of the year, folks can watch the cider-making process. If the cider press isn't running, the Applesolutely gift shop offers up a wide array of local arts and crafts, jams, jellies and sauces, and, of course, apple cider to take home.
