Go at 11AM to avoid waiting time. Dimsum carts come out like in traditional way. Nice setting and open view.

The dim sum is only average but the views of the harbor are unbeatable. One of the few places that still use carts.

One of the few places they serve dim sum on the carts. I would say this is a place to go to if you're a first time visitor. It's a popular spot so the wait can be long. Unfortunately no reservations

A very traditional yet high end style dim sum experience good for lunch. Get in early and expect a wait time to get in. You can get a ticket number online/an app but I have never done this yet.
