Beautiful big forest where you can hike by foot or using your car to see the sights. great place to have your morning picnic of even your afternoon lunch break :)

Its got some great biking and hiking trails. You can also do a BBQ there,off the beaten track but close by.

יער בן-שמן הינו גוש הריאה של גוש דן ותושבי המרכז, היער הוא הגדול ביותר במרכז ישראל והוא מושלם לטיולים ברגל, ברכב וטיולי ג'יפים. ביער ניתן למצוא דרכי נוף,אתרים היסטוריים, פארק קופים ונקודות תצפית. ביער ישנם שלושה מסלולי רכיבה על אופניים, סינגל הרצל (הכחול) סינגל חדיד (הירוק) וסינגל ענבה Ben-Shemen Forest is the lung block of Gush Dan and the residents of the center, the forest is the largest in central Israel and is perfect for hiking, car, and jeep rides.
