Mother earth's storehouse is a smaller version of their main location in Kingston. Lots of organic and local options.

It's a very good little health food store. They have everything- even smoked salmon, cheeses, milk, fresh veggies, grains, beans, meats. It's small but mighty. open 7 days. I shop there.
