It's an old school desert institution and the contemporary California cuisine that Exec Chef Pascal Lallemand whips up is pretty spectacular. It's a little more formal--after all it's where the elite of the desert meet, you might be sitting next to a star--but the food is terrific. Reservations are recommended.
