One of a few places to eat near pleasant lake, can get busy at popular times.

This is a friendly pub with good range of beers and a decent food menu. Live music on some nights. The Sunday carvery here is simply fantastic value for money. They also have the most wonderful range of gins for that G&T moment. And it's right by the lake and it's less than 5 minutes walk from the cottage!
