Orita's Japanese Fusion Cuisine was named after the owners family name and was officially opened to the general public on 16th January 2001 IN TOORAK. The Vision is to implement 55 years of Traditional Japanese Cooking experience in a Modern Art Form, to express Food Artistry, in the form of the owners personal recipes, as a new standard of cuisine where food and wine are harmoniously balanced with the surroundings and ambience at this restaurant. After 16 years in Toorak a move was made to Balnarring Village. The owner carefully selected his team in order to deliver the best quality product for their guests.
