Flathead lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. Very beautiful blue water. You can rent kayaks and boats to explore this vast lake. Old Faithful Watersports has jetskis, speedboats, pontoons, and paddleboards for rent.

The largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi! It might seem impossible being glacier water, but this is a local hot spot for swimming in the summer! Lots of fishing charters available online. Access at Wayfairers State Park in Bigfork or Somers Beach State Park

There are tons of state parks around Flathead Lake! Bigfork, MT is a fun town to visit that has great restaurants/shops and has our favorite state park called Wayfairs.
