Here you can relive the state's second largest civil war battle. The visitors center is located in a historic home and offers a laser guided topographical map which gives a bird's eye view of the battlefield. You can also watch a locally produced documentary and browse unique battlefield artifacts. Adjacent to the visitor center is Battlefield Park which is open Mon-Fri from 10:00 am to 4:30pm.
