Local park with playground, basketball court, tennis court, and grills. Splash pad for kids in the summer is always a hit!

The playground is split into two areas, one for older children and one for toddlers. Slides, climbing equipment, and space to run. During the summer it has a splash park with misting tunnels, water sprays, etc. There are horse-shoe pits, a tennis court, a basketball court and a baseball field adjacent to the playground. Also, it’s around the corner from a gelato place. Best to go earlier in the day. Some obnoxious teenagers and other unsavory characters sometimes wander in later in the afternoon/early evening.

See a big concert, or watch a sporting event. This is home to DC's hockey and basketball teams. Just 1 trains stop, or a 15 minute walk away!
