One of our favourite Healthy Cafe and food store. Strandfield is only a 15 min drive from the retreat and just off junction 18 on the M1. Some of the best organic and artisan foods around. Visiting Strandfield is an experience in itself and most of our guests visit either before or after their visit to the retreat.

The perfect Cafe and grocer with many artisan goods. Pop in for a coffee or vegetarian food. Have an ice cream and look at the wonderful scenery.

the best cafe..an hours drive but so worth it..go to Carlingford afterwards you need a car to get here.
