Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

Welcome to Hatzic! Beautiful countryside where friends & family can relax soaking in our ultra clean hot tub and swimming pool. (pool open June 1 - Sept 31) Our suite sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for bridal parties, sturgeon fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or the whole family. We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Mere minutes from the Fraser River, Sandpiper Resort, & just a little further down the road is breathtaking Harrison Hot Springs.

Hatzic Lake Carriage House

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.

Take a break and unwind in our bright and modern suite. Located on lower Chilliwack Mountain. Only 5 minutes off Exit 116 Lickman rd. High ceilings, 2 bedrooms, sleeps max 4, close to shopping & amenities. Small pets welcome. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of our resident Deer's, baby fawns, & possibly a Bear grazing in the grass near by. A few minute drive further up the mountain you can find hiking trails or even enjoy fishing on the Fraser River (around the back of the mountain)

There is a washer and a dryer available in the suite. We are centrally located in Abbotsford with downtown a 5 minute drive away. We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.

Adorable 2 bedroom basement suite.

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers but have kids and animals. could be a little loud with footsteps at times.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.
