Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

This spacious studio has a fully stocked kitchen with custom concrete counters, NM Piñon coffee and assorted teas, dishes, pans, spices and even to-go coffee cups for exploring the city! 50” smart TV, comfy queen bed, beautifully tiled shower with tall shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided so you have everything you need!

Just a short walk of Albuquerque’s main attractions, the casita offers comfort & convenience as well as a pleasant and whimsical vibe that will help you relax and feel at home during your stay. You will be just a few blocks from Old Town Plaza, Natural History Museum, Albuquerque Museum, Explora Science Center, Children's Museum, Tiguex Park, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Botanical Garden, BioPark, Aquarium, Zoo, Sawmill District as well as several cafes, restaurants and shops.

This studio resides in the charming West Old Town Neighborhood. Along with being completely remodeled, with a beautiful bathroom, it is furnished in a minimalistic fashion with hints of Santa Fe Décor. The remodeled kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, microwave, and double burner countertop range. The space is sparkling clean, and boasts a Plush King Bed. One of its greatest attractions, however, is its location; only a 20 minute walk to Historic Old Town Plaza. Sorry no pets!

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.

We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.
