Lake Toya 1 min walk, lake view!

1 minute walk from Lake Toya and Lake view from the kitchen. Great place for kids with a park by the lake. During the summer months, fireworks are held and can be viewed from the windows of the rooms. Parking is also available. There are ski resorts and hot springs nearby. We especially hope you enjoy the hot springs. 洞爺湖から徒歩で1分、キッチンの窓から洞爺湖が見えます。 湖畔には公園があり、お子様には最適 夏の期間は、花火が開催され、部屋から花火を鑑賞できます。 駐車場もあります。 近くにスキー場や温泉があります。ぜひ温泉を楽しんでいただきたいです。 落ち着いたハウスで、ご家族一緒におくつろぎください。

〜お知らせ〜 ※雪によりウッドデッキの使用が出来なくなりました。 感染予防のため退出後の清掃除菌は徹底しております。 洞爺湖畔から徒歩5〜10分 春は雪解けの清々しさを感じられ、夏は自然を満喫、秋は紅葉、冬は雪景色とスノースポーツ 建物周辺はとても静かで眺めがとても良くなっております。 飲食店などは少なくなっておりますご注意下さい。 また古い建物を使用しております。 随時、改修工事などを行なっておりますが工事途中のものもございます。改めご了承下さいませ。 ※2階のお部屋の寝室は全てつながっております。鍵や壁などありません。 サンルームにつきましては工事途中で終わっております。ご了承下さい。 以前ありました薪ストーブは撤去しております。 お部屋からは小さくですが洞爺湖ロングラン花火が見ることが可能です。ただとても小さいです。 1階のお部屋にはSwitchがございます。ただカセットなどはございませんのでご自身の物をご使用お願い致します。 ※外の柵は一部破損しているため絶対によしかかったりしないようにお願い致します。

約2000㎡の広大な敷地に建てられた床面積293㎡の宿泊施設です。 １組限定のゲストハウスとなります。家主１名が居住しておりますが、家主とお客様が共有するスペースはございません（玄関、キッチン、バスルーム、トイレ、洗面台、全て別です）。また、お客様が家主の存在をきにしなくてもいいように、家主の居住スぺースを奥まったところにしており間取を工夫しております。さらに、お客様の室内の専用スペースは約200㎡ありますので家主の存在を気にせず貸し切り気分を満喫することができます。 ホストが同居しておりますので、施設のことで分からないことや困ったことがあった場合はすぐにホストにお問い合わせできます。 また、レイクビューを楽しみながらバーベキューをして、開放的な自然空間を満喫することもできます。バーベキューのセッティングや片付けをホストに任せることもできます。なお、バーベキューは有料となりますのでバーベキューをされたい方はご予約時にお申し出ください。
