Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

Maison Théia, entre mer et montagne Samonas

Notre maison est située au coeur de la région d'Apokronas, entre les contreforts des Montagnes Blanches et les eaux cristallines de la baie de Souda (20min). Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

Vrachos Villa

Παλιά πέτρινη κατασκευή, με όλα τα παραδοσιακά στοιχεία όπως καμάρες , τοίχοι, ξύλινα δοκάρια και ένα βράχο που είναι θεμέλιο της κατοικίας. Περιτρυγιρισμένο από βουνά, ελαιώνες και καταγάλανο ουρανό. Η βίλλα Βράχος καλύπτει 80 τ.μ. εσωτερικό χώρο και 400 τ.μ. περιβάλλον χώρο. Περιλαμβάνει ιδιωτική πισίνα ( 3x6) και βάθος 1,40μ. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο παραθαλάσσιο χωριό Πάνορμο που απέχει 7χλμ και 12 χλμ από τη φημισμένη παραλία του Μπαλί και βορειοανατολικά από τη πόλη του Ρεθύμνου 27χλμ.
