Due to airbnb's limitations, the Tax "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" is not included. It burdens the client and is set at 15.00€/night (April-October) or 4.00€/night (November-March), regardless of number of persons, and is paid upon check-in.

The Mediterranean Apartment is located in narrow street next to central old town in a quiet street 20 m. from the promanade and 50 m. walk from the sea, famous churches, tavernas and bars.It also offers a 8-minute walk from Public Library of Preveza. Our appartment is fully renovated and designed with air conditioning, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV is available. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
