The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

The upstairs loft suite includes 1.5 bathrooms, with a small pull-out couch in the living room as an additional (but limited) sleeping option. Located in the heart of NE Portland, you’ll be walking distance to Alberta Street, Mississippi Avenue, and the N. Williams Corridor, and less than 2.5 miles from downtown and the Pearl District. The space is fully private & separate, perfect for experiencing the real Portland.

At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Relax in this calm, clean and simple space. Enter in from the sidewalk fence to a little patio great for enjoying your coffee and some fresh air. There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Welcome to our cozy and inviting newly constructed ADU! With easy airport access and all that NE Portland offers, this charming space features new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and an upstairs washer and dryer. With high ceilings and ample sunlight, this compact space feels surprisingly spacious. Located steps away from McMenamins Kennedy school, enjoy their soaking tub, restaurants, bars, gardens, and movie theater. Book now for a warm and delightful stay!

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.

Located just one block from all the best North Portland has to offer; coffee shops, brunch spots, neighborhood bars and shops. Very easy access to public transit (light rail and bus) and only one exit from downtown. 15 minutes to the airport and 8 minutes to Forest Park. Includes a spacious private yard/patio and firepit.
