Spacious room within a villa with a new king size pocket spring bed, luxury all cotton bedlinnen, your own ensuite bathroom and a big balcony with chairs and a little table. Super fast wifi. With airconditioning in a quiet, residential area in Amsterdam South. Public transport a 4 minute walk and easy, quick access to the city center, by tram, bus and metro. G oogle, Accenture, Akzo, RAI all within walking distance. The city center is quickly reached by tram 5, metro 52 , and on foot.

Gelegen in de rustige Rivierenbuurt, met om de hoek alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt, waaronder een breed scala aan restaurants en winkels. Het appartement ligt op 4 minuten lopen van het RAI Conference Center. Openbaar vervoer in de buurt, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad (7 minuten met de metro) of de luchthaven. Gratis parkeren op zondag.

Unique houseboat with amazing views. Here you can come for peace and quiet within Amsterdam. The views are spectacular, the atmosphere relaxed, and the city is around the corner: The metro is an easy walk away, and will take you to the city centre in minutes. Please note that we (your hosts) live right next to you: this apartment is not a party place (our kids' bedroom is adjacent to your apartment ;-). Your kids are very welcome, but if they are mobile they must be able to swim.
