The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood near the beaches and the Lagonissi Grand Resort Hotel. Lagonissi is located approximately 35 km southeast of Athens and 27 km northwest of Cape Sounio. The house is a one-storey villa of 200 sq.m. with a nice garden all around and a private swimming pool in the backyard.
