Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Lizzies Cottage is a feature 2 bedroom Stone Terraced Cottage set in an idyllic and peaceful location, Lizzies has been recently converted and undergone a complete renovation to form a charming cottage of great character and comfort. It has a fully equipped new Kitchen, luxury family Bathroom, open plan Lounge/Diner with sunny aspect and Electric log Burning style stove. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and a separate Toilet. South facing garden with patio and lawn.

Coble Cottage. By the sea, family and dog friendly

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

The Loovre is a Grade II listed unique tiny home. Formerly an icecream parlour, and until the 1950's a Victorian Ladies Loo! Enjoy beautiful internal timber work and finishes, a light filled space, a private courtyard to the rear with a raised seating area to enjoy to view over the walls and fields beyond. Luxury bed linen and towels. The property is superbly located in a quiet corner of the town centre and within (nearly on!) the Elizabethan Town Walls.

The Bagie Shed

Northumbrian Pride, Shepherd's Hut, Lowick

This is our fully furnished shepherds hut with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In beautiful North Northumberland, lovely views over to the sea, countryside and town of Berwick upon Tweed. We are close to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses. Our hut was custom built on site for guests to enjoy the fantastic places of interest near by. Bedding and towels are provided.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers.
