Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City , Beulah/Crystal Lake, & approx 20 min from Interlochen Music Camp. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

This home has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom . Located only 3 miles to Onekama and Bear Lake for fishing, swimming and dining. Lake Michigan beaches are just a 5 minute drive. I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.
