THAT HOUSE is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath that offers a fully loaded kitchen that features an exposed wood ceiling with built-in skylights, a naturally lit bathroom, a living room that connects to a private yard with a shaded back patios, a carport with driveway parking and a laundry room.

Come enjoy our queen IKEA sofa bed with tons of closet/ dresser space. Our patio has a mirror is completely private, making it a perfect space for yoga/martial arts practices, sunbathing etc. Scooter and bike rentals throughout our neighborhood (Bird and Lyft) make it easy and fun to get around, especially to tour around the lake. We are close to everything in a great, lively, safe neighborhood and can’t wait to host you!

The Tranquil Desert is located in South Tempe, near the ASU Research Park. The space is a separate, quiet guest suite, with a private entrance. Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.

Copper House - sun getaway with pool & hot tub

Private home remodeled in 2022. Crystal clear pool, hot tub and quiet private backyard . Centrally located in Phoenix Metro, 15 minutes from the airport, ASU Tempe and Chandler. Old Downtown Scottsdale is 20-25 minutes drive. Walking distance to miles of hiking and biking. Quick access to shop, golf, restaurants, casinos and so on. NOTE:pool is not heated but the hot tub is on in cooler season October to May
