On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
