Das ca. 43 m2 große Nichtraucher-Haus befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Es ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und umgebaut. Wir wohnen im Nachbarhaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in ca. 7 min erreichbar. Ähnlich dicht sind Supermärkte und Restaurants. 1 Schafzimmer mit Doppeltbett (1,40m x 2,00m) 1 Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Schlafsofa und Essplatz Bad mit einer Dusche. Kleiner Sitzplatz im Garten.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. Directly located at a well known bike trail and lake Gorinsee. With a train connection to Berlin (40mins). The guest house is part of a newly restored building from the 19th century (Silk weaver house). The house is a mezzanine with a double bed on the upper floor. The rezde chaussee is light flooded with big windows. It has a small kitchenette and wooden flooring. The steep stair leads to the bedroom with a ceiling window and sky view.

Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.
