It's located on the main street in a small town so some traffic noise will be heard. It's also near multiple outdoor attractions. These are offered at Malabar Farm State Park, Pleasant Hill Lake, Mohican State Park, Mohican Adventures, Snow Trails and the Mid-Ohio Speedway. Enjoy using the 18 mile bike trail located a block from the house.

This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & the best scene for miles awaits you on the 3rd floor living area. Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

Country setting near shopping, eating, and amusement. Completely furnished with bedding, towels and kitchen essentials. Home is situated off the road overlooking a large field and pond. Here you can fish (catch & release), walk through field or trees, around pond or just relax at outdoor table / bench. Lots of animals and birds for nature views. Also, field fire pit, horse shoe pit and peddle boat use with permission and life jacket use.
