There are walking trails and abundant wildlife from deer, bear, moose and coyotes all of which you may encounter. The peepers will lull you to sleep at night. Pristine beach and hiking close by.

Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Our home is situated in a quiet condo association, perfect for a couples getaway or your family to enjoy. There is room for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room, dining table and full kitchen. Enjoy the many hiking trails, spend a lazy day on the river, eat at one of the many local restaurants and take advantage of so many other close by activities!!!

This stunning one of a kind log home, featured in Log Home Living Magazine, built in 2020 is located at the end of a tree lined driveway on 3.5 acres overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake, NH. This 1,586 Sq Ft home can house a MAX of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Amenities are 100 mbs Wi-Fi, TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, hot tub, whole house generator, central A/C, screened porch and huge patio. Parking pass to the private town beach that is less than 1/4 mile away.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
