The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

The private terrace is equipped with table, chairs & parasol overlooking the amazing heated pool and countryside beyond. Sorry no pets.
