A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

A lovely escape into the countryside, only 80km from Johannesburg on a tarred road. This cottage, near the main farmhouse, is set in a separately fenced garden. There is an electric fence around the boundary of the property and a remote controlled gate. One bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom. Access to the home is through a private front door. Small kitchen, with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and small stove & oven.

Each room has a double bed and can sleep 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove top and microwave. Dishwasher available. Lounge and dining area spacious. Wooden sliding doors lead to an open patio and the pool. Safe and secure parking. Close to major highways and shopping malls.

Very large spacious area, private Braai facilities, swimming area you can walk on the golf course that the house is on. You will have a private cottage that you can stay in with a work lounge area, bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom, the swimming pool you can use nine months out of the year. You can walk on the golf course by using a private entrance to the course. Nasrec is 10km from us for G20 conferance.
