Beliggenheten er ideell, med nærhet til Skarberget -Bognes og Kjøpsvik- Drag ferjesamband, noe som gjør det enkelt å utforske det vakre nordlige Norge. Det er vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og wifi på hytta, samt sengetøy og håndduker. Fra juni 2026 vil det være mulig å leie vår Pioner 13 med påhengsmotor.

Nærmeste butikk, Coop Extra Ankenes, er 18,6 km unna og kan nås på 20 minutter med bil.
