The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff: A Romantic Retreat

Escape to The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff; a unique, stylish, luxury farm-stay lodge, in a secluded corner of our organic West Cork hill farm, just 20 minutes from Bantry and Glengarriff. We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. The Hidden Haven offers a romantic farm-stay experience with the space to reconnect, unwind, and rest surrounded by the quiet rhythm of nature.

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

Dromforde is a B and B and offers you beauty and style. This is our 13th year as a SuperHost. Dromforde gives you the privacy of 2 very comfortable bedrooms, private shower room and WC, sitting room/dining room with wood burning stove, with your own private entrance. There are beautiful gardens. We are around to help in any way we can. Perfect for vacation or a work visit with excellent open WiFi access. There is Nespresso coffee and tea making, but there are NO cooking facilities

Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, restuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away. This unique and tranquil getaway.

The Boathouse - Seclusion by the sea

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Seaside Cottage with mountain views & waterfall

Waterfall lodge is a 100 year old stone built cottage, full of old world charm, with all the mod cons. It is on the Sheep's Head Peninsula, with both mountain and sea views. And with your own waterfall right beside the house, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity it brings. A 5 minute walk down the mountain brings you to a roadside beach where you can watch the sun go down. Whether its a romantic getaway or a few days of mindfulness, you won't be disappointed.

Tigín Lisheen, 200yo cottage lovingly restored

Tigín Lisheen is a stone cottage nestled on our organic vegetable farm by Roaringwater Bay in the heart of beautiful West Cork. The cottage is full of rustic charm & a perfect base for exploring West Cork. Heated by a wood stove, for which we will supply wood, it has everything you need for a tranquil romantic getaway. Perfect Couples Retreat with private Jacuzzi

Rustic Cottage in a rural setting. YOU WILL NEED A CAR. (We will accommodate guests without a car and arrange prior to pick up and drop off when possible.) Mount Kid Cottage is off the beaten path near the stunning Wild Atlantic Way route. Secluded and tranquil, we are 90 minutes minutes from Cork Airport, 2 hours west of Cork city and a 15 min DRIVE from Ballydehob. Surrounded by working farms on 4 acres; an oasis of trees and home to a variety of bird life.

Charming Cabin at the Foot of Douce Mountain

Douce Mountain cabin is a charming self contained little house situated at the foot of Douce Mountain. There is a living space with a stove and a kitchenette on the groundfloor . A ladder leads the loft with 2 beds. It is a very quiet place surrounded y nature. Our other guesthouse is about 100 metres further down . Our own farmhouse is about 500 metres away. It is ideal for someone looking for a very quiet place to relax and immerse themselves in nature.

The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

The house is open plan downstairs consisting of a kitchen, sitting area and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is bedroom and a small bathroom. The space is very bright and airy. There is a back yard . There is a good internet service within the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to self cater. It is a five minute walk to the main street, sea walk and public transport services.
