Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just over a mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

In the evenings watching the activities on the bay, including wildlife (sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, birds, etc) .

Set 6 feet off the forest floor, this naturally lit cabin has an especially enchanting canopy view of Resurrection Bay. Salted Roots Cabins offers 5 private nightly units.

Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.
