Little Bear is a charming lake cottage above a private sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, where you can relax on the beach, swim, sunbathe and enjoy easy walks to restaurants and peaceful sunsets. Oliver Lodge - AFrame

The A-Frame is located on a small island about 20 feet from shore in front of the Main Lodge. It has a dock for a power boat and a floating dock used for sun bathing, canoes and small boats. It features a full kitchen opened to the living / dining area with an electric fireplace, a futon sofa and a 3/4 bath. There is a large covered porch and an upper and lower deck. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms each with access to the upper deck. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has four twin beds.
