Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Hog Heaven. Best BNB in Fayetteville.

This special place is close to everything, INTERSTATE 49 is within one mile, (three miles to Razorback Stadium/Bud Walton & U of A campus, five miles to Dickson Street). With a pool (in season, May-September open/close dates vary, new hot tub that seats 6 and new GRILL with a tent to cover if it rains. Enjoy the waterfall (in season) near the Cabana and TIKI Bar. Inside is just as cozy. If you plan on bringing your dog, please let me know (limit 2 max).
