Please note that we do currently have renovation works going on in a neighbouring cottage but any noisy jobs are only carried out between 9.30am & 4.30pm. The contractor is also not on park everyday.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Haggerston Castle Lakeside Luxury Lodge

Enjoy some luxury in this top-of-the-range Pemberton Rivendale Lodge. This large 20ft x 40ft lodge (the size of two caravans) is on the lake-front and has a huge south-facing wraparound decking which is the biggest on park. Complete with rattan garden furniture which means you can comfortably enjoy the sunshine all day long. This lodge has a high specification interior complete with a fully fitted kitchen including American-Style fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Set in beautiful North Northumberland with lovely views over to the sea, countryside and town of Berwick upon Tweed. We are close to visitors favourite places, Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses. Welcome to Northumbrian Pride. Our hut was custom built on site for guests to enjoy the fantastic places of interest. This year we have added central heating to enhance your stay. Along with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom we hope you will enjoy a comfortable stay in Northumberland

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Built to resemble a trio of adjoining beach huts, with expansive private timber deck and new wood-fired outdoor bath, the property delivers all the fun of hut living while adding space, comfort and mod-cons. 42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space into 4 individual apartments. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station, this is an ideal location in the heart of Berwick with fantastic access to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Explore the historic town or travel further afield and easily access Northumberland, Edinburgh and the Borders. This cosy apartment is the ideal spot.

Beblowe offers you the chance to unwind and enjoy the magic of Holy Island which is cut off from the mainland twice a day by the tides giving you a true sense of escapism. The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .
