A beautiful space to stay beside the sea. Set within our recently renovated Regency home, we've created a little haven to both relax and venture out into coastal Sussex. Within 1 min walk you can be taking an early morning swim on Seaford's Blue Flag beach or heading off on the Seven Sisters Hike. We're 5 mins from Seaford train station and a 17 min journey to the town of Lewes with its independent shops and antique markets. Charleston Farm House, Towner gallery and Rathfinny Winery are nearby.

Skylark cabin is a romantic peaceful getaway in the middle of the South Downs National Park ,close to stunning village of Eastdean There are uninterrupted views to the sea and Belle Tout light house. Skylark cabin is close to Eastbourne for theatres and the Towner art gallery and many exceptional eateries and public houses including the Lamb Inn-built in 1180 stones throw from Beachy head , Seven Sisters and Birling Gap You are literally immersed in this area of outstanding natural beauty

Annexe with own entrance

A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away

Walk or drive to local highlights including Seven Sisters, East Dean, Friston Forest, Birling Gap and Cuckmere Haven. Recently renovated, the studio is a tranquil space to put your feet up after a day in nature. You’ll have your own entrance and a sunny patio - perfect for a morning cuppa or evening wine.

Paradise for walkers/cyclists/writers/photographers,artists & those who want peace & quiet. Our road is quiet almost silent except for sheep, cows & seagulls! Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Buddy's Rest is at the rear of our property 1 night may be available. Sycamore Cottage

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, one mile from the spectacular Seven Sisters coastline, Sycamore Cottage is a rural hideaway from which to explore Beachy Head, the South Downs Way, Friston Forest with the delights of Eastbourne and Brighton nearby. Sycamore Cottage is located in the historic village of East Dean, renowned for the Tiger Inn.

Folly Cottage

Sitting inside the Georgian walled garden, Folly Cottage sleeps four in a double room with an ensuite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, the French doors lead to the terrace in the garden which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. You'll also have access to a smart TV, board games and plenty of local walks. The cottage is dog friendly with a £45 surcharge per pet.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
