Not much light pollution so star gazing is a definite plus out here! Geese, pelicans, eagles, hawks, owls and deer frequent the property. Great ATVing!

The Hagerman Cottage was built in 2020 and is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center & the park. Only 5 minutes to the river & a less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of parking on site, a nicely landscaped, fully fenced grassy yard, patio & bbq to enjoy the weather. Help yourself to the garden & fruit trees when in season. We are located about 20 minutes from Gooding, 25 minutes to Buhl & 45 minutes to Twin Falls.

Our "Magic Water House" is located near Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs. Enjoy soaking in your own year-round private geothermal pool right outside your back door!
