It is conveniently located on the peaceful side of the Smokies, just minutes from the National Park, Cades Cove & within easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Little River Cottage on the Little River In Townsend the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" This nonsmoking cozy cottage has a large screened porch over looking the Little River and direct river access to our guest. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

NOT 1 Hour Drive: The Coop is situated on historical property that is equidistant to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Walland/Townsend. COMMUTE TO EACH approx. 25-30 mins. Quiet stay for couples to relax by the pool (opens spring/closes mid October) or to enjoy the fire pit. Adjustable King bed, kitchen (microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar), and spacious bathroom with shower. Restaurants, fast food, and grocery within 15 mins.
