This minimalist property has everything you would need to cook some fresh seafood and only 15 min from one of my personal favorite grocery stores "Lowes Foods". Of course the best part of staying here is that it's only 21 min to the closest beach! A great place to stay for work or play!

This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the town's main street, this happy little cottage is nestled among large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.

Includes large fenced in yard for fun with family and pet(s) along with outdoor shower. TVs (WiFi w/you tube tv) in living room and both bedrooms . No smoking on premises. Come enjoy the dog days of summer (or any season)! (House is on pilings so must be able to climb stairs)
