We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. AIncludes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Free range chickens roam the property, so we ask guests to keep their pets at home.

Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. We have beautiful walking paths, a grocery store, Starbucks, gas station and restaurants which are just around the corner. We are centrally located between South West Boise and South Meridian, Idaho. We have 2 community pools open seasonally and a playground park within our subdivision. Tourist destinations are all around us, including a great golf course down the street form us!

We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.
