My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Vacation at Cottage on the Bay

This charming cottage sits directly on the bay on Mon Louis Island and provides breathtaking views from most of the home! You will love the open floor plan and the huge island in the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortable covered porch watching the sunrise over the bay, an afternoon grilling out, or an evening relaxing by the fire. The beautiful Dauphin Island beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and 30 minutes to historic Downtown Mobile! No ocean access from the property.

In this family-friendly neighborhood you're sure to see folks out for a run, an evening stroll, a bike ride, or walking their dogs. You'll enjoy an amazing tree canopy on a short walk to the Bayou for fishing or boating! Popular downtown Pensacola is only 3 miles away, the airport is 4.5 miles, and our beautiful white sand beaches are a quick 15 minute drive!

Turquoise Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage. The area has much to offer in beaches, dining, shopping, OWA/Tropic Falls amusement park and sports. While close to many area attractions, the Bee Hive offers relaxation in the country to gaze at the stars and roast marshmallows by the fire. You get the best of both worlds. A perfect spot to relax!

The Hidden Magnolia Cottage

We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. Close to downtown Fairhope. Short drive to the beaches.

The Cabin on the River

Come and enjoy a few nights of fun and fishing on Fish River. Our river cabin is able to comfortably sleep two adults. The kitchen is fully functional as well as an outdoor charcoal grill. A large covered porch is an inviting place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the river. The cabin does not sit on the river, but we have a beautiful boathouse and pier to enjoy.
