Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Your vacation home is adorned with some of our favourite Island artists; botanically dyed linens, Island pottery and MacAusland wool blankets are speckled throughout. Built in 2022, Cape House was thoughtfully designed to cater to multigenerational families and groups with children. The house sits on a large lot, with plenty of room for games and gatherings. It is set just one lot back from the water, with stair access to the beach.
