The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Hay Loft - Barn

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.
