You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Individual heat and AC in each bedroom. Brand new power leather couches and recliners. Breezy Point Resort is right across the street. The residents of the city of Breezy Point use golf carts or cars to go to the resort and enjoy a nice meal, ice cream cone, the beach, nightlife, Elvis even shows up every week to sing some songs.
