Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Cute cottage with a screened in porch, private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake. Enjoy the relaxation of lake living using the included kayaks/paddle boards or take a day trip to the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or the Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy cooking on the new grill, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Beautiful year-round home on the St. Lawrence River with a private dock available to rent short-term or mid-term. Picturesque windows looking towards the river. 2 queen bedrooms downstairs, bath with laundry, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room and a large deck. Upstairs there is a loft with great views of the river and 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds. Walking distance to Jacques Cartier State Park and hiking trails. Short commute to Ogdensburg, bridge to Canada, Alexandria Bay, and Clayton.

Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 pc. bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!
